Relational. Positive. Systemic. Client-Centered.
Our approach is relational. We believe that strong relationships with your therapist, family, friends, tech use, and self are essential ingredients in your journey to technology wellness.
Our approach is positive. We believe that technology wellness can be achieved by anyone and that you don’t need to be “addicted” to improve your relationship with technology. We won’t treat you like an “addict,” we’ll treat you like a human being.
Our approach is systemic. We believe that your family, school, workplace, and community contribute to your relationship with technology in positive and negative ways. We believe that these systems can be used to support and empower you on your journey to technology wellness.
Our approach is client-centered. No theory or technique could prepare us for the uniqueness of you or your family. We will listen to your story, help you create a treatment plan that focuses on your specific needs, and use tailored interventions that can increase your fulfillment with and without technology.
